Typical "yank" here. I never felt like I belonged anywhere in the States (except Colorado, but that's a different story), and never felt like I was able to find someone who had the same mentality I do here either. I'm a simple guy at my roots. I never cared about having a ton of money, fancy cars, or a huge house. I am just as happy with a good job I love doing, a good car, and a nice home in a nice neighborhood (or maybe in the country). I can cook, clean, do my own laundry, do some work on my car, and refuse to let the woman in my life do everything at home generally. I like to do that for her. I am very loving, affectionate, giving, loyal, honest, hard-working, and wanting very much to build the home life I have always dreamed of.
I've been told I have more of a European mentality, but I don't know if that is actually true. But I would love to move to Europe someday, hopefully somewhere in the UK or even Finland if possible. That's where I would love to center my life.

I would just like to find someone who can be happy with me doing just about anything, be it just going for a drive, window shopping, relaxing with a good movie at home, binge watching our favorite shows, traveling to someplace new or not-so-new...as long as we are together. But also someone who understands we may not always have to spend every waking second together, and that we have hobbies or friends we also like to spend time with.
