Currently, an IT Specialist professional who works for a large Federal Agency in Washington DC and a well-traveled United States ex-Foreign Service Officer having served and lived in Thailand and in West Africa. I hold a BS degree in Business Administration, an AAS degree in Electronics Technology, and an AAS degree in Instructional Systems Development. I taught Electronics, Digital Technology, and Avionics Systems in many countries to include areas in West Africa, Greece, Thailand, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Morocco, Panama, Mongolia, and Iceland. (I actually got my BS degree in Panama when I was stationed at Howard AFB between 1984-1987). I also competed against the Panamanian basketball team while stationed there. I am also a professional web designer and WordPress expert, an investor in the stock market and in cryptocurrency.

I am a very private, serious-minded when I have to be (I handle my business), responsible (no debt), easy-going, and quiet person who loves Smooth Jazz and traditional African music from all over the African continent. (I run an Internet radio station - WRIP-RippedRadio Smooth Jazz), I have lived and worked in Africa, I have developed a special affinity and love for the land of my ancestors. I am also a very spiritual person who believes in the unseen and Most High God (Creator of the heavens and the earth).

I love to read, biking, hiking, camping, and taking long reflective walks on the beach, countryside, and mountains. Watching a sunrise and/or sunset. Even looking up into the vastness of the universe above with awe, wonder, and humility. I do love romantic dinners, a good glass of wine, attending musical concerts, going to the movies - but not alone and pampering the one I am with.

I have always been a hard worker and have worked since the age of 11. I am seriously considering retiring from my well-paying (and enjoyable) job and living off my very good pension, quite possibly outside of the United States. (Thailand, Panama, or Africa are serious considerations since I lived in these places for many years. That does exclude from consideration other locations in the world if I meet "that person." Who knows, she might want to live in the United States!

I have an adult daughter.

BTW, I am bald by choice. I can easily grow hair. I like being bald as it is low maintenance.
