我眼中的自己

I am a polite, educated, well-traveled professional man.
I was born in the UK, with one sibling. Moved from England to Scotland for Doctoral studies.
I have worked around the world; since 2011 I have been based in Australia, working in the education system (university research and teaching). My work has taken up my life: no ex-wives, no children.
I am now ready to settle down and start a family.
I own a home, and will provide the home for us — all mortgage and insurance will be covered by me: together we will have to find ways to pay the bills and buy food.
We might both need to work a little, perhaps part-time, as we bring up children.
