我眼中的自己

I put trust above all other qualities. I'm a communicator,I listen and try to understand, sometimes I get it wrong but I am willing to admit it. If there is a misunderstanding I like to talk about it and resolve it and make sure everyone understands so that it never happens again. I never push anything under the rug.
