Passionate about learning, creativity, and good conversation, I’m someone who finds joy in both big ideas and the small, meaningful moments. By day, I work in college communications, writing stories that highlight the people and programs shaping our campus. Outside of work, I enjoy photography, weightlifting, yoga, and meditation—always looking for balance in both mind and body.
I love a good book, a deep discussion, and the occasional spontaneous adventure. If you’re someone who enjoys thoughtful conversations, exploring new ideas, or just relaxing with a great cup of coffee, we’ll probably get along.

I have my Ph.D. in Human Development.
