I am uncomfortable talking about myself as I have done many noteworthy things and have traveled extensively. I would be very disappointed in myself if someone thought I was boasting. So I generally don't say much about myself. I prefer that others tell the stories of me rather than tell them of myself. A very dear friend taught me a technique of how to either become friends very rapidly or to decide that you shouldn't be friends or should always remain acquaintances. It goes like this. We tell each other the 3 things we are the most proud of, and, the 3 things we are the least proud of. There are rules of course, but you will see quickly what kind of person you are dealing with and if they are someone you would want to invest any time with. Should we ever meet, this is one of the first things we will be doing with each other. It is very revealing.
