I believe you truly get to know someone over time, but here’s a glimpse: I’m a blend of contrasts—progressive yet grounded in timeless values like kindness, hard work, integrity and commitment. I strive to grow every day, embracing change while holding onto the things that truly matter. Playful yet serious, structured yet creative, I'm constantly working to expand my physical, mental, and spiritual flexibility.

I try my best to be empathetic, truthful, and trustworthy (romantic? I'm working on it!). Life has taught me patience, and I've learned to let go of regrets while carrying forward the lessons. I practice the Buddhist “No Mind” approach—surrendering to outcomes but always giving my best effort.

F. Scott Fitzgerald wrote, “The test of a first-rate intelligence is the ability to hold two opposing ideas in mind at the same time and still retain the ability to function.” That resonates with me, as I'm always seeking balance between new perspectives and enduring values.

Ask not who I am or if I am loyal but ask what I'm willing to sacrifice for the people I love or the things I believe in. The answer to that reveals the heart of me.

My Interests:
I find joy in a wide range of activities that nurture both body and soul. You might find me meditating, practicing yoga, or dancing like nobody’s watching. I love the discipline and flow of martial arts, the freedom of biking, and the serenity of hiking in nature. When I’m not out exploring, I’m probably in the kitchen, whipping up vegetarian dishes (yes, I occasionally dabble in eggs and cheese!) or getting creative with writing, poetry, drawing, drumming, or crafting. Home is my playground too—I’m a DIY enthusiast who loves fixing and upgrading things around the house. Once upon a time, I was an avid technical climber, mountain biker, skier, snowboarder, and even a parachutist. These days, I focus on balancing all the things I love, but I’ve learned that while you can do anything in life, you can’t do everything. Maybe we can inspire each other to revisit old passions—or discover new ones together!
